Easter Charcuterie Platter
Easter picnics have no shortage of sweets, so we like to bring some salty meats to the party. But not just any meats, we packed our Easter platter with Oberto Charcuterie. In the spirit of Easter & a welcome to Spring, we piled on some of our favorites:

Specifically, we chose our prosciutto aged over a year and salame dry-cured for 80 days to balance all the other flavors celebrated on Easter Sunday.
